It wasn't until the day after Christmas, also known as Boxing Day, that we finally submitted a request for service on CrackerJack. Fortunately, Russ promptly responded to our plea and arrived at our home within an hour. After skillfully identifying the problem, Russ determined that the thermostat was malfunctioning and the drain pipe was clogged. He quickly replaced the thermostat and unclogged the drain pipe, and we had heat again in just 75 minutes. Russ conducted himself professionally, did an excellent job, and charged us a reasonable fee for his services.
