At first, they promptly addressed and arranged the inspection. Chance assessed the roof and assured me that I would receive a quote via email the following day. However, it's been a few weeks since then and I have yet to receive the said quote. After reaching out to them via CrackerJack, they promised to give me a call but it has been around a week since they responded and I haven't heard from them. Given their lack of follow-up, I have lost faith in their work and have decided to search for another professional.
