Randall Tree Services

Our backyard contains a tree that is located in a challenging spot. Mr. Randall promptly arrived to meet with us and provide his expertise. The company's work, cleanup efforts, and overall professionalism left us satisfied. As a result, we intend to contact Mr. Randall again for assistance with another tree.

At first, I was eager to hire Randall's Tree Service to tidy up our trees. The estimate of $750 seemed reasonable to me. However, upon their arrival, I noticed they were in a hurry and didn't take enough time to evaluate each tree properly. In no more than 45 minutes, they were done. When I requested if they could take care of some of the branches near the road, they agreed but left them there without chipping them. This seemed like a small job that would not have taken more than 10 minutes. I am disappointed with businesses that prioritize profits over fairness to their customers. It left me with a sense of being exploited.

Upon receiving my request, Samuel promptly inspected my trees. I was pleasantly surprised by his reasonably priced quote as it was much lower than the others I had received. He executed his work competently and left the area neat and tidy.

They did an outstanding job and I highly recommend their services. The price was reasonable and I was impressed by the level of professionalism displayed. The area was left immaculately clean. What's more, it's hard to believe that there was ever a tree there, given the quality of their work.

The individuals were tremendously amiable, meticulous, and diligent! They surpassed expectations to ensure our tree was expertly pruned and our premises were impeccably tidy. They left no debris and were prompt, genial, and efficient! I highly recommend them!
