J&E deserves more than a 10-star rating! I had bought two couches through Facebook marketplace and required assistance with loading and unloading them. Unfortunately, the original service I had booked cancelled on me on the same day. However, J&E came to my rescue! After messaging them at 8:30 AM, we had everything planned out by 9:15. They even provided straps - which I didn't have - and followed me home to help unload. It was an incredibly smooth experience. I wholeheartedly recommend J&E - they are phenomenal!
