Having Rob on board has been an incredible experience. After approaching numerous contractors to quote for the addition of a MIL suite to my basement, Rob stood out as the undisputed winner. He was the only one who collaborated with me to transform my ideas into reality. Rob's wealth of experience, skills, and insights were invaluable for a project such as this, especially when dealing with an older house with its own unique quirks. He was prompt and efficient consistently and managed to stop water from infiltrating the basement, constructed a room, stairwell landing, and doors to demarcate the basement from the rest of the house. He also included plumbing for a kitchen, laid new flooring, in addition to handling electrical reconfigurations. Although I couldn't afford to execute the entire project to completion, I know without a doubt, that Rob is my go-to contractor once I am prepared to do so.

Not only did they finish the work earlier than expected, but they also accomplished more than what we had initially thought. I anticipated some obstacles along the way, but they managed to deal with everything smoothly and efficiently!
