Quality Comfort is a family-owned and operated business that is not a franchise. The company is managed by the husband-and-wife team of Ryan and Erin Osterkamp. Ryan had prior experience working with another company before launching his venture in 2011, initially with one partner. Erin joined the team in 2020 after serving as a pediatric oncology and hematology nurse at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center for 12 years.
