Despite not having a water heater in stock, Zack proved to be exceptional. Within a matter of hours after our phone conversation on a Saturday, he managed to locate and install one. Zack and his assistant were not only polite and professional, but also expeditious and tidy in executing their tasks. We contacted Thomas Mechanical at 9:30 am and by 3:00 pm, we enjoyed a warm shower. To top it off, the originally quoted price did not fluctuate, despite the weekend service call. Given their proficiency, we intend to remember their furnace services if the need arises.

Working with Zach was a delightful experience. Although the heat pump installation took more time than anticipated, Zach kept us updated throughout the entire process. Furthermore, he provided assistance with the electrical contractor and went above and beyond by installing our propane stove despite it not being in his area of responsibility. I would not hesitate to engage Thomas Mechanical's services for any future gas piping or equipment installation needs.
