If you have any queries or are not yet ready to make a booking, please send us an email, or use the contact form on our website to send us a text directly. We kindly request that you avoid contacting us through the CrackerJack app as we are charged for each inquiry.
For new clients, we have a minimum requirement of 4 hours, regardless of the size of the project. This is essential, and the cost will remain the same, even if fewer hours are used.
Our organizing team consists of only 6 members, which is why we recommend that you provide as much detail as possible, including pictures and videos, about your project. This will help us estimate the timing more accurately.
Please note that LUXX is fully licensed and insured, and we are happy to provide you with proof of insurance upon request, prior to booking.

Some months back, I reached out to Luxx on short notice and thankfully, they managed to fit me into their packed schedule. I'm thrilled! My experience working with LUXX was nothing short of enjoyable! The organizers were consummate professionals, always on time, cooperative, and transformed my living space into a brand new haven! Initially, I anticipated being walked through a multitude of tasks and procedures, but the moment they arrived, they were fully engaged! Not a corner of my 2-bedroom apartment was untouched. Additionally, they helped me declutter many items that I wasn't aware existed. Presently, all my possessions have a proper place. And the few items that were not necessary have been removed.
