I embarked on my yoga journey in 2004, practicing Vinyasa, Iyengar, Yin, and Restorative yoga throughout the years. In 2019, I completed my 200-hour teacher training with Yoga Alliance. During my sessions, I emphasize the connection between breath and movement, incorporating both physical and mental strengthening techniques.My fascination with body work stems from my longstanding passion for being active. As of now, I am enrolled in a program to obtain my 500-hour massage license.
Overall, I am excited about guiding you towards a lifestyle that prioritizes both physical and mental wellness.

Michael's yoga sessions were fantastic! I was impressed with his willingness to schedule sessions outdoors and adjust to my preferred pace. We even enjoyed a lovely walk to locate the perfect natural setting for yoga. I also appreciated his sense of humor, which made for an enjoyable experience.
