We had arranged for someone else to install our GE water softener, but they did not show up. As a result, we sought out H20 Pros. On New Years Day, John arrived at my home to perform the installation, which I had previously stated was not required. John was meticulous in all aspects of his work and even took the time to explain everything related to the water softener's upkeep and future problem-solving. Thank you for all your assistance.

CrackerJack led me to H20, where I sought help in installing an owner-owned/provided Fleck 5600 series water softener and a kitchen faucet. Although I planned to do it myself, my busy schedule did not permit me to do so, and I preferred to have the water softener up and running for my new home build. H20 was able to provide me with a reasonable quote and promptly completed the job the following day. Inquire for John. I acquired a house with a Clack water softener that was installed in 2016, and I had no information regarding it. I had placed a Flume water sensor that connected to the water main and seemed to report my water consumption at any given moment. When the softener underwent its regeneration cycle each week, I noticed that it was consuming a tremendous amount of water. John performed an inspection on my system after I contacted him. He examined the water hardness, measuring it at a level of 13. The softener was adjusted to 31, indicating the water's hardness, causing it to consume more salt and undergo more regeneration cycles. John reset the unit to prevent having standing water above salt pellets, which accelerated their consumption, and set it to regenerate every two weeks. I will save money by using less salt and water for regeneration. Additionally, I asked John to check the water pressure, which was exceedingly high, measuring at 110, and detrimental to my plumbing, irrigation, and water softener. John recommended an individual to help adjust the pressure reducing valve near the water main, thus avoiding a potential plumbing disaster. John provided double value during his visit by properly configuring my water softener and aiding me with the high water pressure. I strongly suggest John's services.
