In need of a concrete pad for a short-notice heat pump installation, I reached out to Sound Contractors and spoke with Jayb. After submitting an inquiry on Monday, the team arrived at my home the next morning to begin work on the pad. On site, I provided the dimensions and requested the pad be pitched to divert rainwater from the foundation. The team completed pouring and screeding the same day and covered the pad with a vented plastic sheet for protection and curing. They returned on Friday to remove the form and remove the excavated debris before the scheduled heat pump unit installation. From Jayb's facilitation to the on-site team's friendly professionalism, I was extremely satisfied with the quality and value of Sound Contractors' work. I will definitely contact them again in the future for similar projects.
