The Installers deserve a 5-star rating for their excellent work and impressive outcome. However, our interaction with the office proved to be frustrating.

The company I have worked with twice in the last five months is truly exceptional. I needed downstairs floors replaced due to a burst pipe upstairs, and after extensive interviews with multiple companies, CrackerJack and Atomic Construction stood out. They responded to my message within 10 minutes and provided a free estimate the next day. I was impressed and hired them the following day. They began work a few days later, and the installer was always punctual and did a fantastic job laying the porcelain tile and installing the new baseboards. The quality of their work was so impressive that I hired them again three months later to replace the old tile on the floors of our two upstairs bathrooms and laundry room. They were responsive and reasonably priced, and even went above and beyond to help me install the correct transition strip after I made a mistake in purchasing.
