If I could, I would have checked all five qualities. Andre was very professional and provided a quick response, getting me sorted out in no time. Despite my original plan falling through and the short notice, we were able to secure security for my daughter's party. Mark Balteri was friendly, punctual and an enormous help, making everyone feel secure while creating a familial atmosphere. He went the extra mile, and as a result, my daughter's party was a triumph.

Comfort Care and their officer Rey left a lasting impression on me. Rey's professionalism went beyond expectations. During one of our events, a guest presented a situation, and Rey was meticulous and responsive in handling it. It is safe to say that we will rely on Comfort Care for all our security needs. My friend's wedding was flawless thanks to their outstanding services. I am grateful for their availability at short notice. I hired them for my birthday bash but unfortunately, the bartender withdrew his services at the last moment. However, he was very understanding about my situation and acknowledged my decision to not require his assistance. Without a doubt, I would enlist his services in the future!
