The items I needed to be removed were taken care of in just a matter of minutes upon the timely arrival of the service provider. I was extremely satisfied with their excellent customer service and would definitely consider hiring them again.

According to their website, if you agree with their price, you sign and they will do the work on the same day as the estimate. I have used their service before to have a love seat hauled away and they did exactly that. However, this time it was not the case. Two people came for the estimate, which seemed like a waste of resources. I scheduled for the next day, but they acted as if it was a favor. They sent one person to do the job, which was odd since they had sent two people for the estimate, which included moving a couch. I felt that the situation was handled unprofessionally. It seemed like they did not want to do the job that day because there was no parking close to my apartment, even though there was parking available across a two-lane residential street in an apartment complex. They made it seem like I was crazy for expecting same-day service.

These guys were fantastic! They provided additional assistance for the bulky garbage, maintained a damage-free work environment, were extremely attentive, and acted charmingly courteous throughout the service!

With masks on, they arrived punctually and efficiently evaluated and extracted my possessions with my consent. Although they were slightly less expensive than College Hunks, I chose them. Despite my belief that the cost of removing the three objects was somewhat excessive, their rates were comparable to other companies, prompting me to select them.
