Sean and his team were unmatched contractors in my experience. Following the abandonment of this interior remodel by the previous two contractors, Sean and his team were among the few who committed to the project. The extensive job encompassed framing, floor leveling, plumbing, electrical work, flooring, tiling, and finish out work. They liaised with the city to pass the inspections, and it was clear that there was plenty of damage to be repaired from the previous contractors' shoddy work. To my delight, they went above and beyond, mending numerous things not explicitly outlined in the contract without billing me. Additionally, they presented me with several suggestions to refine the layout and design of the space. To my utter satisfaction, everything exceeded my expectations. Following Sean's month-long absence, Eli took over where Sean left off effortlessly. Unlike my prior experiences with contractors, their communication was second-to-none, consistently apprising me of the progress made.
