The duct work was not replaced correctly and as a result, the airflow through the added-on ducts is weak. The original duct should have been replaced, but this was not done. I was informed that I had a 1-year labor warranty. Six months later, I called for a second time to receive a quote on repairing a hole in the original duct. I was charged $85 for the consultation and advised to place a board under the hole and fill it with foam spray that I had already used. I was disappointed that I wasted my money and now, I must either seek out another professional to fix the problem or attempt to do it myself.
