With my broad range of expertise, I specialize in handling tax controversy and offering business consulting services. My experience includes assisting clients in the establishment of non-profit organizations and in forming and dissolving corporations.In my capacity as a legal representative, I have defended clients and corporations in front of the Internal Revenue Service and state agencies all across the nation. I have a successful track record in California, where I have represented clients in disputes with the Franchise Tax Board, Employment Development Department, and State Board of Equalization.
My skills extend to negotiating abatement of penalties, installment agreements, offers in compromise, audit resolutions, and helping clients prepare for Tax Court.
