It seems like they overcharge their customers and are aware of their actions. They should have been upfront about the cost since they knew what needed to be replaced. Beware of their pricing tactics. Update: After reading the rebuttal to my review, I need to clarify a few things. The reviews here are for other customers to be aware of certain issues as some people may not realize when they are being overcharged. The technician was aware that the heat exchanger needed replacement as there was no heat. It felt like he took advantage by charging me more. The technician did not install any additional parts as claimed and charged an extra $200. I still have the receipt. The technician mentioned that the installation could take hours, but it was done in under one hour. I recommended their services to my neighbor since there aren't many plumbers that can work on tankless boilers in my area. However, they began to avoid them too because of overcharging issues. I reached out to them to conduct a flush earlier in the year, and it went well. However, a few months ago, they reached out again to flush only the hot water side. When I asked why, they said they would need to flush the cold water side separately. This did not make sense to me since I had paid for a flush previously, and both hot and cold were done for $250. I stopped using their services as I know when I am being taken advantage of. I will give them three stars since they have knowledge of tankless boilers.
