Alex did an exceptional job when he came out to my home in Orlando, even working on a Saturday. The price he charged was very reasonable and fair. Though Alex presented a few different samples, we ultimately chose his first option which impressed us with his keen sense in choosing the right color tint for the house. Throughout the job, Alex demonstrated his pride and meticulousness in his work, working quickly and maintaining a high level of quality. He is not only a good guy, but he also made sure to clean his work area as he progressed. I have already scheduled Alex to complete the rest of my windows, as I was extremely satisfied with his work. The only regret I have is that I can only rate him five stars, when he deserves six.

The service provided by CrackerJack was exceptional. I received a prompt text message response to my post and a same-day estimation at a very reasonable cost. The job was completed the following day with great attention to quality. Moreover, they went the extra mile by removing and disposing of the old vertical blinds, without any additional fees. I now enjoy beautifully installed ceramic tint on my 25-foot high cathedral ceiling windows, which reduces heat and glare while maintaining over 90% light entry. The treated space looks brighter and more spacious. I am truly delighted with their work and will definitely hire them again for my front den and bedroom windows.

Despite providing the incorrect square footage for my project, Alex still honored his initial quote.
