Let me start from the beginning. I had arranged for a junk hauling company to come in the evening after work so that I could get new furniture the next day. However, that company never showed up. I checked 1 800 GOT JUNK online, but it seemed they were fully booked for the next morning. It was already 8 PM, but I decided to call them and explain my situation. To my surprise, they were able to accommodate me first thing in the morning. And true to their word, they showed up on time, were efficient and courteous in their work. In fact, they were so thorough that they found my cat, which had been hiding in one of the couches that they had already loaded onto the truck. It was quite a fiasco, but they were incredibly patient and helped me get my cat out. I am extremely grateful for their understanding, kindness, and flexibility. The young men who came to remove our junk were extremely helpful, enthusiastic, and easy to talk to. They worked tirelessly and left no trace of our unwanted items. This was not their first visit, and just like before, it was an excellent encounter. I strongly suggest their services.

I needed to get rid of a certain item and received a quote for its removal. After setting up a time window for pickup, I was notified earlier in the day that they would be arriving towards the end of the window. Unfortunately, they didn't show up until an hour and a half past the end of the window. To make matters worse, they requested payment well above what was initially quoted. While not completely satisfied, I wouldn't necessarily say they were terrible either.
