On Sunday, I discovered that my hot water heater was leaking. Rusty contacted me that same day and presented me with various product options along with their respective costs. We scheduled to have the old hot water heater replaced on Wednesday. Rusty arrived on time, removed the old appliance, and installed the new one proficiently. Throughout the process, he maintained his politeness and tidiness.
