After agreeing to meet at 9am on Saturday, he failed to confirm his arrival time or respond to my messages, leaving me waiting for nearly two hours. I had to rearrange my schedule to accommodate his change from Friday to Saturday. Despite my attempts to communicate with him at 8am, I received no response until 10:30am, at which point I had already found a replacement. As a result, I had to hire someone else.

Pat was quite the character, extroverted and adept at putting visitors at ease in my abode. His communication skills were impeccable, and he kept me in the loop throughout our interactions. He wasted no time in getting to work, and his performance was sure to satisfy.

I am at a loss for words with Mr. Pat's abilities - there seems to be nothing he can't do! Thank goodness this company has such skilled employees. Recently, there was an issue with a toilet overflowing and the water refused to stop flowing. Despite my best efforts, I couldn't figure out how to turn off the water. But, thanks to Pat's expertise and trusty tools, he managed to fix the pipe connecting the toilet to the wall and stop the flow of water.
