Chef Tony's food was unforgettable, the kind of cuisine that we can't stop talking about even to strangers. He was very attentive to our questions and concerns before the night and arrived on time to ensure that we ate as planned. And the food? It was simply outstanding! Chef Tony treated us to delicious chamango margaritas while my wife and I spent quality time playing pool and a couples question game. He started by serving us a Peruvian meal that began with beef hearts, which was surprisingly scrumptious. Then came the mango ceviche, which left me speechless and making ecstatic noises as I danced in my seat while devouring it. The filet mignon chunks with various scrumptious sides were cooked over a blazing fire and were fantastic to watch being prepared. To conclude the meal, he made mini cheesecakes with perfectly ripe mango chunks on top. Every ingredient was ultra-fresh, and he did not scrimp on any detail. Chef Tony served us gracefully, going over each ingredient's origins and detail, enlightening us as to how and what he did to prepare each course. In addition to being an incredible chef, he also cleaned up everything, leaving us free to hang out as we desired. This experience was precisely what we needed, and we are so grateful to Chef Tony for giving us such unforgettable moments. We both agreed that his food was even better than meals at some of the best restaurants that we've encountered. We cannot wait to hire Chef Tony again, and we 110% recommend his services to anyone who appreciates excellent cuisine!

Our Mother's Day celebration was truly amazing. As new parents with an infant son, finding the time to celebrate my wife's first Mother's Day seemed like a daunting task. However, thanks to Chef Tony's exquisite culinary skills, we were able to enjoy a five-star world-class dinner right in the comfort of our own home. The experience was so unforgettable that we would certainly love to do it again.

I opted to find a chef to cater a small, intimate dinner for my family on Independence Day. Despite enjoying cooking myself, I longed for a relaxed and hassle-free day with my loved ones. Upon conversing with Chef Tony, I immediately warmed to his amiable nature, strong culinary expertise, and impressive interpersonal skills. He offered brilliant menu suggestions and attentively listened to my preferences, leaving us with a perfect al fresco dinner plan. Come mealtime, we were blown away by his delectable TriTip Wagyu, flank steak, and short ribs, accompanied by a side of Chimichurri Sauce. Our taste buds were further tantalized by Roast Stuffed Bell Peppers, Corn on the Cob, Arugula and Spinach Salad, and Roasted Smashed Baby Fingerling Potatoes. Chef Tony even went the extra mile and whipped up two types of guacamole, delightful Homemade Vanilla Ice Cream with a Wild Berry Compote, and Fresh Whipped Cream. Needless to say, the dinner exceeded all expectations. Chef Tony and his team were the epitome of professionalism and amiability, making them highly suitable for private events or even as in-home chefs. I can't stress enough how sensational the food was, and I'm eager to enlist Chef Tony's services again in the future – what a true gem! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I had an incredible dining experience with Chef Tony as he cooked a delectable Peruvian cuisine for my companions. The dish was concocted from fresh ingredients and was intricately prepared right in front of our very eyes. The flavors were out of this world, and the presentation was equally exquisite. I am undoubtedly going to engage Chef Tony's services again.

Our girls' weekend was made amazing by Chef Tony. He paid us a visit at our VRBO, bringing all the necessary groceries, and even served us while we lounged in the pool. Additionally, he concocted some delicious cocktails which we all enjoyed. The food he prepared was simply wonderful! Chef Tony also took care of cleaning all the dishes and even took the garbage out before he left. We are definitely using him again on our next trip!
