Although I ultimately had to cancel my booking with them for reasons unrelated to their services, my interactions with Sally during the reservation process, including discussing alcohol licensing requirements, are reasons why I would highly recommend Coopers Event Pros to my acquaintances. Our upcoming event is a blend of Christmas and housewarming party, lasting 4 hours on December 10th, 2022. It will be attended by approximately 60 friends and neighbors, and will feature food catering, child care, and bartending services. Turning to Coopers Event Pros, Sally's services were seamless from event planning to service delivery. Sally perfectly executed each step of the experience with professionalism and ease. Her signature cocktails were a hit with both adults and kids. Sally assisted in preparing an efficient list of supplies and ingredients, was prompt in setup, and provided outstanding support to guests throughout the night. In addition to top-notch bartending, Sally and her team excelled in greeting guests, rapid drink refills, cleanup, and capturing memorable group photos throughout the evening. Her services were reasonably priced and went beyond our expectations. Thanks to Coopers Event Pros, our first neighborhood Christmas party was a huge success. We look forward to inviting Sally and her team as the “official” bartending service for our annual neighborhood Christmas party next year!

When it comes to managing events, Cynthia and Sally make an unbeatable team! I was feeling very overwhelmed trying to arrange help for setting up two separate locations for a college event, as well as hiring bartenders. However, these ladies alleviated my stress by providing guidance on what I needed and what they could do for me on the day of the event. They even brought their own bartender, and the event exceeded my expectations! They arrived ahead of schedule, promptly set up, and communicated with me throughout the entire process. Their professionalism and approachable demeanor are a rare combination, and I highly recommend them to anyone in search of reliable event management!
