My expertise includes a wide range of services such as small plumbing, electrical and gas piping, wood framing and design, drywall and painting, tile and glass removal and installation, flooring removal and installation, toilet, heater and AC removal and replacement, bathroom and kitchen range fan replacement, appliance removal and replacement, light and water fixture removal and replacement, complete kitchen and bathroom remodeling, basement remodeling and design, garage finishing and design, small roofing repair, water leak diagnosis and repair, water remediation, door and window removal and replacement, demolition of anything, and deck and porch repair and replacement.

While this is a list of the most common household projects, I am a highly experienced Handyman and can also fix most other household problems. However, appliances require a special technician, and it’s usually more cost-effective to buy new appliances than to fix old ones. For larger projects, I have other laborers and subcontractors available and am more than happy to provide you with a complete or partial remodel bid.
