Having worked with several personal trainers in various states, I can confidently say that Juwan surpasses them all. He exudes professionalism and genuine passion for his craft. Four months ago, after discontinuing physical therapy for a knee problem, I reached out to him and his program has significantly improved my knee strength. Several aspects can be enhanced through a single exercise regimen, such as velocity, maneuverability, suppleness, athleticism, and of course, vertical leaping ability. A regimen for knee discomfort has proven efficacious for numerous individuals, and I am presently undergoing it with only minimal discomfort.

Although I am a novice to Juwans program, my experience has been awesome! His strategy is effortless to pursue and encompasses both exercising and nutrition; therefore, I have not been left bewildered or uncertain. In fact, I have shed 10lbs already!
