Rosa and her team delivered exactly what they promised, with incredible attention to detail. The floors, countertops, showers, light fixtures, and everything in between are now in immaculate condition. The entire crew was professional, hardworking, and delightful to work with. It did take longer than expected, likely due to estimating via video chat. In-person estimates may provide more accurate projections. Nevertheless, I wholeheartedly recommend Rosa's Services for any deep cleaning needs you may have.

They arranged a virtual tour to showcase their services and disclose their cleaning charges prior to the appointment. Punctual and well-organized, they informed me about their arrival time and kept me in the loop throughout. The team donned uniforms and masks consistently.
