The key to my training success lies in my professional attitude. As a dedicated trainer, I take my work seriously and strive to deliver only the best results for you.

My approach involves tailored, intensive workouts which incorporate a variety of training techniques, from pilates and weight training to conditioning drills, powerlifting, balance training, and more. No single approach suits all; each individual requires a unique workout customized to their personality, ability level, and goals.

My commitment to my clients goes beyond simply pushing them to their limits. I am also there to support, motivate, and educate, inspired by my personal passion for preventing illness and disease. Having witnessed the suffering of loved ones from diabetes and heart disease, I am driven to help others achieve healthier lifestyles, and train clients for success in sporting events such as tennis and marathons.

As a nationally certified trainer with extensive training in pilates, sports conditioning, and nutrition, and constantly staying abreast of industry research, techniques, and information, I ensure that my clients benefit from only the latest and most effective methods.

Please note that all trainers are fully vaccinated, and proof of Covid-19 vaccination is required prior to beginning training.

I have a strong attachment to The Fit Connection, a pristine and hospitable private gym. Paul, my personal instructor for 12 months, has consistently been considerate of my availability. My spouse recently began joining me during our training sessions, during which Paul challenged us not only physically, but also mentally. While the workouts are frequently rigorous, they are undeniably rewarding.

To be honest, I couldn't imagine my life without Paul and Donna. Even though I solely work out with Paul, Donna's contributions are just as great and integral to the environment. I've been training with Paul for nearly three years now, attending three to four sessions a week for an hour each. I can confidently say that I haven't encountered a more proactive trainer who motivates you to reach your fitness goals, advises you on proper eating habits (including for vegans and pescatarians), and delivers measurable results. His excellence has even earned him recommendations from me to three to five people, who continue to work with him to this day, including one who moved to NYC but still sees Paul when in town. Beyond his effectiveness, Paul's sense of humor and personality are genuinely enjoyable. Conversing and spending time with Paul outside the gym is just as fun. While it might not seem pertinent for trainers, having an enjoyable personality while powerlifting 400lbs+ is a tremendous attribute. Overall, the studio itself is a hidden gem that's easy to miss at first glance. However, if you can look past its exterior, it's a fantastic space that's versatile and perfect for any workout. They utilize the interior, the neighboring stairs, and parking lot for various exercises, including tire flips and carries. In contrast to the popular perception that LA personal trainers largely aren't invested in their clients' goals, Paul, Donna, and the entire team at Fit Connection markedly care. If you have the opportunity to work with Paul or Donna, do it, but please, don't steal my time slot :)
