We had arranged a meeting with Jose for a project estimate, and if the price was agreeable, he promised to complete it the following day. Jose arrived punctually at the scheduled time, and even waited for me to finish a meeting. He examined the project, took measurements, and proposed a price. His initial quote exceeded my budget, but we negotiated a deal that satisfied us both. Once we settled on the price, Jose offered to start the project that day if I was available. However, he needed to purchase some supplies, and I had an appointment, but we set a mutually convenient time. Jose returned promptly with everything necessary, and completed the work efficiently. He was meticulous, kept me informed, and cleaned up the site excellently. We had solicited other bids, but will definitely contact Jose again for future projects.

The experience was terrible. Upon agreeing to a price and entering my home, the individual reconsidered and requested a new amount that I haggled down by $20. To my surprise, without explanation, the individual departed. It appears that their intentions were not to complete the agreed-upon task. I have concerns and will provide an update after reviewing my security camera footage.

The work done by this company in my house was exceptional and flawlessly executed. I highly endorse this remarkably responsible company and intend to enlist their services for my future endeavors.
