After operating a thriving personal training enterprise in New York City for more than 15 years, I moved to Fairfield County. Throughout my career, I have acquired a great deal of experience helping busy customers establish a healthy and maintainable way of life. Whether it's shedding pounds or recuperating from injuries and misalignments caused by prolonged sitting at a desk, I can aid them. My objective is to assist clients in losing weight, lowering stress, and looking and feeling their best. As I shift my company to Fairfield County, I'm open to accepting a handful of new customers.
