Jacob's work exceeded my expectations and I am elated! His installation skills and tidy-up efforts were remarkable, and I am greatly grateful for that. The toilets that he affixed were of high quality and installed impeccably. Furthermore, he accomplished everything swiftly while remaining within the initial budget. Whenever I am ready to revamp my lower level restroom, I will undoubtedly call on him again!

Excellent work completed in a timely manner. Additionally, having an owner/operator is a definite advantage from my perspective. UPDATE: I have employed Jacob's services on multiple occasions and wanted to provide an update on my experience. He offers reasonable rates, arrives quickly, and is pleasant to work with. Unfortunately, my most recent encounter with him did not meet my expectations. He was installing a kitchen faucet and a few quarter stops, but seemed to be rushed as he had other jobs to attend to. Upon inspection, I found that the faucet was not installed properly, a minor issue that could be fixed by a skilled individual. Although Jacob offered a one-year warranty on his labor, he has not yet resolved the issue, despite numerous text messages. He has expressed interest in fixing the problem when he is in between jobs, but scheduling has been difficult to manage. Currently, I am left to resolve the issue on my own. While I probably would not hire Jacob again, I do not discourage others from doing so. His prices are reasonable, he is prompt, and he is a pleasant individual to deal with. However, communication may not be his foremost strength. Nonetheless, it might have just been an unusual situation.

My experience with Napier Plumbing and Jacob was exceptional. Jacob was able to diagnose the issues with my clogged kitchen sink and broken garbage disposal with ease. He patiently walked me through the problems and recommended solutions to fix the issues. The estimated cost was reasonable and I gave him the go-ahead to proceed with the work. Jacob kept me informed of his progress throughout the project, which gave me peace of mind. The result was outstanding, and I couldn't be happier with the work Jacob accomplished. Working with Jacob was an absolute delight! He was incredibly quick to respond to messages on the app and arrived early to begin the job. Our bathroom had a leak and required a new valve and shower head, which he was able to install at a reasonable cost in no time.
