Welcome to Heathmere Computer Services! Our commitment to quality work and customer satisfaction is what sets us apart. We take great care in paying attention to every detail and ensuring that our customers are happy. Whether you need help with hardware or software issues, we are here to assist you. We offer both onsite and remote services, and are available during the week and on Saturdays. We can do Sundays, but prefer not to. Our rates start at $150 for the first 3 hours, and $25 per hour thereafter. For remote services, our rate is $75 per hour. John Nussbaum, our founder, is a 2017 graduate of the Technician Class at Career and Technology Center. He has a lifelong passion for technology and has worked in customer service with various companies. He takes pride in using his skills to help others solve problems. It was a positive experience working with John. He skillfully transferred the data from my non-functional MacBook Air onto my daughter's MacBook Air, and also saved her files on another device. Moreover, he assisted me in accessing my iPad by resetting the password, and changed the modem password to one we could remember. We accomplished a lot in one go and I am satisfied with the service. I am sure that John's services will be even better once he has all his equipment. Thankfully, we had a drill which came in handy to remove stripped screws from both MACs. Overall, a good experience!

Last week, my PC experienced a malfunction due to a Windows update. As a result, I lost programs, files, and witnessed a decreased functionality. A few days later, I booked an appointment with Heathmere, and John and David paid a visit one evening. Their service was commendable; they managed to restore everything to normal. Even my email was fixed on my cell phone. I highly recommend their service.

My experience with John was amazing. He dedicated numerous hours to fixing my outdated 7-year-old computer, which now operates like it's brand-new. To my surprise, he did not shame me for owning such an old device. Initially, I assumed my computer was beyond repair, but he managed to resurrect it flawlessly. Additionally, he offered me valuable information. From now on, he will be my go-to computer shop!
