I don't know where to begin! My search for a Handyman with not only technical skills but also problem-solving abilities, someone who thinks creatively, led me to Al. Reading through his profile gave me high hopes that he was the right guy for the job.
Al promptly scheduled me for the day I requested, evaluated the work, and provided a fair and reasonable quote, which he stuck to. On the day of the job, Al arrived dressed to impress, polite, professional, and took his time to enlighten me on numerous useful tips as a homeowner. I cannot thank CrackerJack enough for linking me up with him; I highly recommend Al and believe he is worth every penny!
Al accomplished numerous tasks for me, from hanging lights, to installing ceiling fans and extending my shower-head to suit my tall guests. He was meticulous about keeping the space clean before, during and after the jobs.

Additionally, Caroline, the office manager, provided exceptional service by promptly addressing concerns. Although a minor scheduling issue arose, Caroline ensured that everything was resolved efficiently.

Richard was truly remarkable! Two more contractors were hired before him, but they declined the task, claiming they lacked the expertise.
