Back in 2012, we relocated from Houston and weren't sure where we should settle down in the new area. Chris Harden proved to be an attentive listener and focused on our needs. As we were on a tight budget, he helped us find homes that met our needs in terms of both floor plans and pricing. Eventually, we ended up buying a property in Prosper, but within 18 months, we decided that an established neighborhood in McKinney was more to our liking. Chris quickly sold our Prosper home and aided us in discovering the ideal home for our family in one of the older neighborhoods we desired.
