Working with Sal on our finicky steam boiler has been a delightful experience. Sal's patience, professionalism, and eagerness to thoroughly explain everything have been greatly appreciated. Furthermore, he even took the initiative to follow up with us after the job was completed! If only my doctors were as responsive as he is.

After posting a message about my no-heat issue in the back of my house, I received a call within 15 minutes. In no time, Sal arrived to assess the problem, but unfortunately his basic solutions didn't work. He then diagnosed the issue and suggested two options - the use of a compressor to clear the pipe or disconnecting the pipe to the towel warmer to bypass it - and fortunately, both were successful, getting heat to the front and back of my home. This company is highly recommended, as they offer great value and are very professional, responsive, and timely. Sal is very thorough in explaining his diagnoses and offers future recommendations, making him someone I will definitely call upon again. It's a shame that I wasn't able to select all of the options when submitting my review.

He possesses ample knowledge of the task and demonstrated to me precisely what the problem was, resolving it expeditiously. Furthermore, he arrived at my doorstep even before I could rise from my bed. It's an utter pleasure collaborating with such an exceptional individual.

Sal arrived promptly and was both amiable and proficient. We sought his assistance for what we believed to be an issue with our boiler, but as it turned out, the problem lay with the chimney. Despite it not being his typical area of expertise, he swiftly resolved the heating problem.
