With his exceptional qualifications, Tom is among a limited group of legal specialists in Florida who have been awarded Board-Certification for DUI Defense. He imparts his knowledge as a faculty member at the National College for DUI Defense Summer Session, where he has been teaching regularly at Harvard Law School during summers. He has gained certification as a DUI Detection and Standardized Field Sobriety Testing Instructor, as well as extensive training as a Florida Breath Test Operator and Drug Recognition Officer.
