The proprietor is highly professional and exceptional. Though the initial cleaning was superb, subsequently, the quality of the service declined as the personnel lacked sufficient training. Despite informing the owner of my concerns and sharing pictures of the unsatisfactory cleaning, my service was terminated. However, I do believe that a discount should have been offered for the last service. For instance, one incident involved a spill on the floor, which had dried up before the cleaning, yet the cleaner decided to leave it there, lying to her boss that it was impossible to clean. It took me only a few seconds to mop it up. Until there are highly competent staff, it would be better to seek cleaning services somewhere else.

I have been indecisive for a while about hiring a professional cleaning company for my home. The initial meeting with Rachel was promising as she was meticulous and answered my queries satisfactorily. I scheduled a deep clean for my first visit. The cleaners who showed up were very professional and optimistic. Upon returning home hours later, I was thrilled to find my home not only immaculate but also with a pleasant scent. What's more, the service has relieved me of the burden of having to take on cleaning responsibilities. I am excited about the prospect of a lasting partnership with Rachel and her team. My only disappointment is not having made the decision earlier.

The estimate was provided promptly and the service was explained in a friendly manner with clear expectations. The best part was that even with our two shedding golden retrievers, the house was impeccably clean after the move-out clean.
