Perez landscape & tree care

Rated three out of five stars, the landscaper arrived on time as promised. I had requested for a tree replacement in my front yard. However, the tree that was planted was bent and not ideally straight. When I asked for a replacement, he gave me the option of paying for another one, which was not offered to me initially. I would have happily paid more had I known I would receive an unsatisfactory-looking tree. Although, the landscaper claimed that the tree may eventually straighten out, I highly doubt that it would. Furthermore, I had asked him to fix a possible sprinkler leak in the same area but received no response. It appears that the work provided was subpar, and I felt no effort or consideration was given to me as a customer.

When I hired Martin to install artificial turf and concrete steps in our front yard, he shared some excellent ideas during the estimate process for enhancing our new landscaping project. Choosing to work with Martin and his crew was definitely the right decision and I couldn't be happier with the outcome!

Despite reaching an agreement on the price and specifics of the project, Martin has backed out of starting the work last minute twice. On the third occasion, he claimed he would arrive, but failed to appear and ignored my attempts to contact him. I regret that I had considered giving someone with only one positive review a chance, but I won't make the same error in judgment again.

Martin was initially hired to remove a pine tree in our front yard, but his excellent work ethic led us to also hire him for our backyard landscaping project. His punctuality and exceptional work impressed us greatly, and we intend to call on him again for our front yard needs.
