I think this individual is the right choice for resolving your fundamental computer problems, particularly those related to software or user errors. He is informative and will give you guidance on what actions to take or avoid. For basic computer needs, I suggest him. But, if you own a gaming setup and suspect that the issue has a gaming focus, he may not be the most suitable candidate for the job. Nevertheless, I strongly recommend him for everything else.
