Our small and intimate girls' trip dinner party of three was made perfect by the presence of Chef Hugh and his charming wife! Don't underestimate him though, as Chef Hugh can expertly take on an intimate dinner party, ranging from one guest to twenty-one. Hosting an event has been a distant memory, but with Chef Hugh's delightful creations, I was able to thoroughly enjoy every moment from start to finish. His lovely wife even took care of the dinner placements and ensured that the kitchen was left immaculate by the end of the evening. Despite the amount of work put into our meal, the delicious flavors made it all worth it!

A couple braved stormy weather, driving for an hour to cook up a storm in our kitchen. With homegrown veggies and flawlessly prepared fish, chicken, and steak, they delighted our palates. The husband also brought along the most heavenly goat cheese that our family has ever tasted. Being a self-proclaimed connoisseur of crab cakes, I attest that his crab cakes are the epitome of excellence. Chef Hugh and his charming wife were highly accommodating and skilled. Despite a guest joining us after our expected head count, the duo provided ample portions. Hugh, the chef we hired, was the perfect addition to our casual bachelorette weekend dinner at home! He and his lovely wife Marsha were extremely hospitable and provided outstanding food and service. We went with the American family style menu, comprising of appetizers, pasta with grilled chicken and veggies and dessert, which was absolutely amazing. It was the ideal menu for our group, and we highly recommend them!
