About
I obtained my ACE certification as a personal trainer in 2012, while completing my yoga teacher training in 2015. My passion lies in aiding clients on their individual journey towards health and wellness. I firmly believe that consistency in exercise, proper nutrition, and one's mental and emotional well-being are the keys to a healthy lifestyle. As my client, we will work together to identify any behavioral patterns in order to attain your desired health goals. In 2018, I received a certification in Nutrition via Precision Nutrition to assist clients in understanding the effects of food on their bodies and help them develop healthy dietary habits. Recently, in 2022, I became a Pre and Post Natal Exercise Specialist, to further aid women in achieving optimal health during and after pregnancy. If your aim is to improve strength, lose weight or enhance general health, our workout routine will encompass a wide range of modalities including free weights, cables, trx, bodyweight exercises, circuits, and cardio endurance.
Alternatively, if yoga is your preference, we will work from your current level and progress at your own pace. I offer teachings in various yoga styles including vinyasa, hatha, and restorative.
I find true pleasure in aiding people to feel their best, and to cultivate confidence by alleviating pain and discomfort in their bodies.

In addition to her vast knowledge and skills, Sierra has a remarkable intuitive understanding of a Client's requirements when it comes to varying degrees of difficulty, diversity of exercises, problem areas to target, objective setting, and more. She excels at aiding Clients to enhance their strength, flexibility, and equilibrium while pinpointing and attaining specific fitness, weight loss, stress management, and wellness objectives.
