On the very day my insurance company notified Ajay and his crew about my water damage from an unknown source, they reached my doorstep. Previously, I hired a plumber who had severely damaged my house walls after cutting eight holes but could not detect the leak, indicating a potential slab leak. Ajay, however, advised me against calling an expensive leak detector and found the fault right away, identifying the hot water heater and water purification system. The incompetence of the plumber baffled me. Throughout the process, Ajay and his team were prompt, informed me of every step they took and the reason for it, and guided me to make the right decisions. They also kept my insurance company updated and regularly checked on the fans and dehumidifier until the issue was resolved. Furthermore, they extracted the affected carpet and padding. This company is remarkable for their benevolence and diligence while aiming to save clients' costs. Although I hope to never require their assistance again, if need be, this would be my go-to company.
