They arrived right after the closing, maintaining flawless communication via text messages to keep me updated on their arrival and the areas they cleaned with pictures. Regrettably, FKL failed to deliver a professional outcome. Although we discussed a move-out cleaning, the work performed left much to be desired. The floors remained unclean with minimal sweeping, large portions were overlooked, walls were dusty, and appliances were stained with food spills. This was exceedingly disappointing. However, the owner took full responsibility for the unsatisfactory results and opted not to bill us for the service. This gesture demonstrates the company's unwavering commitment to customer satisfaction. I advise exercising caution when engaging with FKL from a distance.
