Upon arriving at the house, Olga provided a rundown of her team's intended tasks and presented us with a cost estimate. Although we weren't prepared for the cleaning crew's arrival at 9am, we were able to rearrange for a later time, and the carpet cleaning has been scheduled for Saturday. Overall, we're quite satisfied.
