About
Greetings and congratulations on your upcoming wedding!To ensure ample time and reduce any potential stress, I require a minimum of 3 hours in between events on your wedding day, unless they occur in the same location. However, the amount of time reserved for your day remains the same.
As the officiant, I will arrive on site 45 minutes to 1 hour before the start time of the ceremony. My quote includes unlimited communication via phone, Face Time, Skype, and email consultations. Additionally, I will handle the preparation and performance of the ceremony itself, as well as travel to and from the venue. You'll receive beautiful keepsakes, such as decorative vow cue cards, a personalized wedding program covering your ceremony from beginning to end, and a certificate of marriage.
The rehearsal is also included, provided it takes place at the ceremony location no more than an hour before the start time. If you require a rehearsal on a separate day, we can discuss the associated fees.
Upon receiving your marriage license, I will promptly return it using certified mail the following business day. Additionally, I stand confident in my level of service and offer an industry-leading guarantee. While I may not be the cheapest or most expensive option, my extensive experience ensures an impeccable delivery, content, and coordination with other vendors. During our meeting, I'm happy to share tips that have helped my wife and I strengthen our own marriage.
To secure your date and time, I require an initial retainer of 50%, with the balance due 30 days before your ceremony. Alternatively, you may choose to pay over time leading up to your big day (time permitting).
