After leaving a message for him to call me, he did so and promised to give me an estimate later in the week. He was supposed to communicate the time via call or email, but I never received any information from him. Moreover, he failed to show up on the day he had initially agreed upon. I reached out to him again, but he answered the phone only to hang up abruptly. I assume he is otherwise preoccupied and unable to take on the task.
