In order to eliminate certain questions, Phil took his time troubleshooting until he reached the root of the problem - the HDMI input of the receiver. Together, we reconnected the receiver to the TV using the red, green and blue cable and adjusted the audio receiver's settings. Thanks to Phil's professionalism and expertise, I now have a fully functioning system. I would certainly recommend using Geekatoo again.
