Tender Lawn Care’s performance was mediocre at best. Numerous areas were overlooked during the initial weeding, which was conducted primarily using a weed wacker and herbicide for excessively short weeds. The greatest issue was the company’s lack of communication. I was frequently compelled to contact the service provider when he missed our scheduled appointment due to inclement weather. However, the gentleman did not attempt to reschedule, indicating an absolute disregard for my patronage. I requested that he return to address the neglected areas, but his team did not arrive until a week later than promised. Tender Lawn Care required precisely one month to complete the job satisfactorily. Regrettably, I will not be engaging their services again.

My husband was taught how to use the tie-down strap by a person who took their time and demonstrated patience. They treated us with politeness and even suggested some landscaping work to be done in the front yard with regard to the trees and shrubbery.
