Despite being squeezed in late in the day, Mike managed to check and clean my dryer vent/duct. He worked around the other contractors present while being patient with me. Mike gave me a detailed explanation of the issue with my dryer duct, provided before and after photos, and shared his diagnosis with me. Moreover, he had quality equipment and a camera that enabled me to view the results of his cleaning. Besides, he was kind enough to go the extra mile and help me clean a fan that wasn't part of his job, as well as employing his equipment to tackle a leak caused by another plumber, and he didn't ask for any compensation for these additional jobs. Mike was punctual, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with regarding my dryer duct issue. I would undoubtedly use his services again! If only there were more contractors like him!!!
