Chrissy is an outstanding yoga instructor who demonstrated an exceptional understanding of the poses I, as a plus-size person, could or could not perform. Her gentle disposition is admirable, and I would highly recommend her to anyone and everyone!

Chrissy's courses strike the perfect balance of being stimulating and demanding, and she invests a considerable amount of energy into crafting her sequences while keeping in mind the objective of each posture. Chrissy is respectful and encouraging towards the unique requirements of each student and emanates an enthusiastic atmosphere that fosters a sense of belonging and eagerness to engage in the practice.
